I really appreciate the great work Matt and his team is doing with maintaining our pool. I had a really frustrating start as a pool owner as the filter pump on our pool broke soon after moving into our new house, and the previous pool service personnel were frequent no-shows that left the pool in pretty bad shape. We called another company to inspect the pump and they quoted a repair for $5,000 to replace the entire pump/filter system.I was lucky to find Falcon Pool Services, and they sent two gentlemen that diagnosed and fixed the problem within half an hour for $150. They have taken great care of the pool ever since and my wife and I have been happily enjoying the pool. I can't thank these guys enough and highly recommend them!

I switched services recently when the owners of the pool company I used for many years closed their company to retire. So far have been very happy with the services provided by Falcon. When service was complete they provided a nice photo of the pool and a thorough list of services performed, chemical readings and chemicals added. They are prompt, professional, courteous and responsive. Great communication and customer service!

Very responsive and helpful, which I appreciate. When crazy weather hit, Falcon communicated with us on things we could do to prepare our pool system for the cold. I like being able to e-mail and/or text a question and get a quick response. The pool should be a pleasure to own, not a pain! Falcon helps make that happen.

Excellent pool cleaning service. Very thorough and follows a checklist that is e-mailed to you along with a picture of the pool after it's been cleaned. Our pool always looks amazing after they are done. Matt (the owner) is very responsive and if there are any changes to the schedule, he will call you to make sure the new time works.

Falcon Pools has replaced my previous pool cleaning service.They have been easy to contact and each week I get a detailed report emailed to me.James is very courteous and pays attention to detail. He does a great job keeping my pool clean. He is very thorough and has even been vacuuming my pool which was rarely done before Falcon Pools took over.

Falcon Pool Services purchased our previous pool company and they have been fabulous. They stopped by to introduce the technician and even took our pool cleaner to have it repaired. The repair cost was for parts only and no labor charges were incurred.The transition was seamless and I know this is the beginning of a long-term relationship!Scott S.

These guys are great. They come weekly and always take care of my pool. Once they have done their job I get a report almost immediately of what has been done and a picture of my pool as they have left it.The reports are great because other pool services do not always offer this and you never have any idea what has been done. Plus with my reports I know if it is safe to jump in my pool after Falcon has left.Keep up the great job!

Falcon Pool Services recently merged with my longtime pool company and I am very pleased to say that the level of service has exceeded my expectations. Matt and his team are extremely professional, thorough, knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and all this is delivered at a great value. They make sure all my equipment is maintained and alert me to any possible problems through their checklist and weekly reporting. I am very pleased with the Falcon Pool Services team and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a high-pool service/maintenance company.

We are very happy with Falcon's services. The owner is on top of the work and is beyond responsive. Any questions or issues, and he has personally come to our residence to clear up and handle on his personal time. They are always on time, and submit the cleaning report shortly after service rendered. The price is beyond fair and I don't have a complaint at all. I would and have recommended them to my neighbors.

We were actually using another pool cleaning company and Falcon took over our account due to some type of merger. Ever since, we have been pleasantly surprised. They do GREAT work - they’re on time, and if there is an unforeseen issue, they notify you if someone will not be there. They also send follow up pictures when done, so even if we’re at work, we can see the results. We have never once been disappointed after their scheduled maintenance. I would recommend Falcon to anyone who asks me for a referral. They’re the best pool maintenance company we have ever used.
