We’re sticklers for detail, too, which is why our pool cleaners follow a 15-point Falcon checklist each and every time we clean your pool. If we leave your gate open after we visit, your service is free for a year.
Do you offer autopay?
Yes! We can help you set up autopay using a credit card or bank account. When you do this, your account will automatically be debited on the first of each month.
Plus, as an autopay customer, you’ll receive electronic reports after each visit, too.
Can you send me a report after you clean my pool?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a job report after each visit that contains the following items:
- A picture of your pool
- Safe-to-swim notice
- Water chemistry readings
- Chemicals added to your pool
- A note of any issues we found with your equipment
Are your technicians trained?
They are! All of our cleaners are licensed and certified pool operators with extensive classroom and in-field training. Our repair technicians all have a Texas Residential Appliance Installer License and are factory-trained on your pool equipment.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured.
